For the last 4+ years, I've been deep in the AI space, building custom AI solutions, integrating large language models, and helping organizations figure out what this technology actually means for their work.

But here's what I noticed: the businesses that need AI the most — local businesses, small teams, owner-operators — are the ones getting left behind. They don't have engineering departments. That's why I started Citadel AI. Not to sell hype or push products, but to be the technical partner that local businesses deserve — someone who can translate the noise into a plan, and then actually build the thing.
